Welcome to your Reading and Writing course. I would like everyone to try and complete ONE ASSIGNMENT EACH WEEK. However, there is no reason why you can't do the assignments below as quickly as you like!

The course is run is in blocks of FIVE ASSIGNMENTS. If you successfully complete five assignments you can then enrol for a further block of five assignments.

As assignments are completed I will mark them off on the assessment grid so you can always check where you are up to.  (Further information on assessment.)

If you have extra time and would like to complete some extra exercises there are many websites that provide all kinds of ESL/EFL exercises. You could start with

and try some of the exercises on this page. If you don't understand why you get some things wrong, ASK ME. Remember you can cut and paste pages from the web (or bits of pages) and paste them in your email program, and send them to me.

AND, any time you want to ask me anything, or send me extra work for correction, that's OK.
